Many of you probably know us for our friendly service and great gift recommendations for you since 1991. Please share comments or stories of any gifts you’ve purchased in the past and the outcome of the surprise.
I ordered by phone a 2020 Waterford crystal star ornament to send as an engagement gift to our daughter and future son-in-law who both live in San Francisco. Michelle promised me that the gift would arrive quickly and be beautifully wrapped with a hand-written note…and it was!! The BEST thing in 2020 for our family is this engagement, and the stunning ornament will forever be a reminder of that. Thank you, Michelle, for making this moment so special!
