Belleek Pottery 2023 Monea Castle
This Belleek China 5" Castle is called the Monea Castle that was built in 1618. Monea Castle is the biggest and the best-preserved of the many Plantation Castles that can be found in County Fermanagh. These castles were built for protection. This piece of Belleek displays beauty with a lighted base to light the Castle from within. Painted with gorse purple on one side of the castle, little windows display the sweet welcoming as the castle door is slightly opened to enter. You will find a lightly gray color on the stone entry with a green shamrock and tree! This piece is simply beautiful!
